Post-production involves more than a sequence of separate handoffs. Editorial decisions affect color, sound and visual effects, and the team needs a shared understanding of what is approved and what still needs attention.
As senior editor and post-production supervisor at Silk Factory Studio, I oversaw picture editing, color, sound and visual effects through final delivery. That experience informs how I work with producers and the people responsible for each part of the finish.
